I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Kim Novak. Kim was our real estate agent when we sold our home a year and a half ago. We had actually attempted to sell our home on our own and became very frustrated when our house didn’t sell.

Kim was wonderful! We felt like a huge weight was lifted when we hired her! She was friendly, encouraging, and incredibly efficient. She gave us great advice, listed our home in variety of places and we soon had several prospective buyers. I was particularly impressed with the quality of her work and the outstanding way she presented our home through print and electronic media. I remember telling my husband the flyer made my home look so good I wasn’t sure I wanted to move anymore!

We purchased our new home prior to selling our old one and did so without the expertise of a real estate agent. We will not do that again. We love our new home but often wonder if we got the great deal we were told we were getting – I know if we’d had Kim representing us we would have felt a lot more confident that our needs as buyers were being taken care of.
